VaultBro holds documents you cannot afford to lose or leak.
Here is exactly how we protect them, and what we will not pretend to do.
Audited infrastructure.
VaultBro runs on infrastructure independently audited to SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001, the same standards regulated businesses rely on.
Encryption, in transit and at rest.
Every document travels over TLS and is stored encrypted with AES-256. Your files are protected both while moving to our servers and while sitting in storage.
Locked to your account.
Your vault is private to your account. Documents are never public, never shared by default, and never visible to other users. Access is checked at the database level on every request, not just in the interface, so no user can reach another user's files. Multi-factor authentication adds a second check at login, so a stolen password alone cannot open your vault.
Your data, your control.
Your documents belong to you. Delete any document, or your entire account, whenever you want. Deleted data is removed from active systems immediately and cleared from backups within our retention window. Wherever you are, we honor your rights to access, delete, and export your data.
How AI uses your documents.
VaultBro uses Google's Gemini to read your documents so it can pull out key details, sort them, and let you search in plain language. We will be straight about what that means. The AI processes the actual text of your documents to power those features. We use Gemini's paid tier, under which Google does not use your documents or prompts to train its models. Google may log requests briefly for abuse detection and legal compliance, but your documents are never sold and never used to train AI. We do not claim no one can ever see your data, because no product that reads your documents to make them searchable can honestly say that. What we promise is that access is encrypted, tightly restricted, and used only to run the features you asked for.
